trip to muar

assalamualaikum, hari ni aku teman my lady boss g muar. katanya nak jalan-jalan lepas geram sambil buat muka nanish.. hehe kecian kat bos aku ni. org suka mengata dia..huish! never arh! myboss is kind.. she's too soft but very strict. dun ever play wif her ability.. as told, i bet no one can do what she can do as now.. huhu.. bayangkan.. sapa yg minta tlg dgn dia dr segi perkhdmatan dia akn tolong smpai settle. kau? ada? nak bkira lg ada la.

yg x syok g golongn yg ckp belakang ni bila kat depan alalala cweetnya die.. tomey2,:: yg sakit mata sapa? aku jgk! wakakkaka..

back to my trip..

our 1st destination pasaraya maharani...mybos borong nenas! kemain banyak.. tanya ar kat dia nak buat tart nenas ke? katanya, uish! xla.. nak makanlah! mak aihh sampai dekat doploh bijik tue.. alolo.. ingatkan nk mkn sendiri rupa2nya nak bg kengkawan dia skali.. see? how kind hearted my boss are!! only God knows.. Best of luck Doc! me plak? i capai2 je krepek 2bgkuih mybos bayarkan. siap dbelikan pulasan hehe.. kluar dgn mybos just feel like Alhamdulillah miraj rezeki aku.. semoga Allah memurahkan rezeki bos jgk ye..

¶¶¶ masa kuar dr parking my bos tak perasan ada dvder kat dpn.. keta lak panjang pastu da ke depan sgt time2 nak belok konfem tak lpas..tup2 bumm! ngingis tseret.. adoyai..

..kuih raya.. yieeba..

murah siot! satu balang bawah rm18.. beli 12 balang percuma byk oo.. hehe.. raya sula mali..yg paling best aku beli 6 jenis total rm186 coz aku beli 2balang 1set..murah rezeki lg bos sponser rm50 for my bix..baekhati bos aku..tqvm doc..

dukulangsat! dush..

..yg ni lg best! rm2.5 / kg.. ayoyo 2bakul tu myboss pajak!!

haha..puas belibelah kami pn balik la sbb bonet dah xmuat.. kuranglebih 2 jam gak pjalanan yg dtempuh..time balik tux bleh tahan nantuk brabis neh.. haish tp xleh tdo! wawawa

end of the road..aku pn balik rumah tdo! tapi2 ptg kena pla turun opis buka posa free.. alhamdulillah murah rezeki hari ni..

CUKUPLAH.....

Hari ini.....cukuplah sudah....aku akan cuba menjauh walaupun dekat....cukuplah dengan hanya mendengar kerana apa yang ku dengar pasti kamu tidak mau aku merasa...cukuplah....sudah banyak kali ku dengar tapi masih tak merasa.......CUKUPLAH SUDAH!!!! akan ku hentikan segala angan...angan tentang bagaimana kita mengakrabkan tali menyimpul persahabatan...seandainya dusta yang kalian hamparkan....Hamparkan sahaja bersama Kenangan!!!! aku mungkin EMO....tapi aku bukan Emosional...aku mungkin tak 'sekepala' tapi aku boleh memahami....sudahlaah...aku tidak mau menyusahkan diri sendiri....mengejar tapi tak terkejar....dikejar tapi semakin perlahan agar kalian bisa seiring dan sejalan....CUKUPLAH sudah....aku akan berdiri tapi dengan sendiri...aku akan menghindar tapi bukan dengan bertengkar...aku akan pergi dengan senyap dengan perlahan-lahan...agar kalian tidak merasa apa yang aku rasakan....kerana apa yang kurasakan amat sakit lagi menyakitkan...amat pahit lagi memilukan....biarlah kalian tidak merasa apa yang aku rasakan.....kerana kalian benar kalian benar...benar benar Menyakitkan...... aku akan mencuba terus mencuba...menjauh dan terus menjauh...agar tiada yang terasa..agar tiada yang tersakiti...agar tiada hati yang menyakiti...cukuplah sudah.....

wah...sedih woooo.....adakah ya kisah macam ni? banyak kan...ermmmm....erkkkk.... aku ada kawan ker?
adalah kot...tapi.....tapi.....Mudah2an apa yang aku tulis ini cuma ilusi semata-mata....  wawawawa...sedeyh wo....sapala kawan yang kejam tu.... taknak kawan!!!!

How to stay fit during Ramadhan

Today, let us share about how to stay FIT AND TOUGH during ramadhan....

Here are some tips, which I retype from my niece's book :) anaMuslim:::::::

1. have your sahur a little late

2. start your breaking of fast with kurma or at least plain water.

3. follow on healthy diet, eat wisely with simple menu such as :
¤ one plate of rice
¤ one portion of fish or chicken
¤ a bowl of mix-veggies
¤ one or two sweet kuih
¤ two slices of wholemeal bread or biscuit
¤ two slices of fruits (average size)
¤ a glass of milk
¤ six to eight glassesof plain water

4. don't eat too much during breaking of fast.

5. light physical exercise such as :
¤ walking
¤ brisk walking
¤ cycling
¤ gardening
¤ car washing
¤ sweeping
¤ cleaning

*wonder why i feel so tired? i have had enough rest during the fasting month... <<< if you trouble this.. juz follow the tips above.. Insyaallah you will stay fit during ramadhan..>>>

Greedy? Yeha....Greedy

today lets talk about greedy..
am i greedy? yes i am..
why? bcos, in term of living my life, i prefer to have all what people should have.. what about not have one? that will be NOT ME! why not? haha.. good question gurl! let's ask urself back.. what is ur purpose of living other than mengamalkan Rukun Islam dan Rukun Iman? so? reward urself.. as for me being greedy is better than being nobody.. haha.. am i rite? YES I am rite!
